Not sure about the correct spelling. Is it Perma-cleavage, or Permacleavage? Anyway, it’s a word I’d never heard until a couple of days ago but as soon as I did I knew exactly what it meant. I think it mostly applies to augmented tits (boobs with big implants inside) that always produce cleavage, even in the nude without any support of bras or other garments. Gravity defying tits if you will that are so close together they almost touch. To some an abomination, to me… well, weirdly fascinating. Me personally I’d opt for something more natural looking, but I find Permacleavage very entertaining to look at. Especially without clothes.     permacleavages are the epitome of the fakest of tits. technically I think a permacleavage is when the girl can stand with her arms to her side or slightly behind even and still have her breasts together. a permacleavage is not when they can squeeze them just a bit or lie slightly on their sides – the tits must always be together.
