I wasn’t gonna post these screencaps at first because of quality issues, but then I thought it would be a shame to waste them. I’ve always been against too much artificial lighting as I want to keep things “real” and as close to the natural surroundings you might find yourself in with your girlfriend or wife. This time I went a step further and insisted on shooting only with the available light from my fireplace. So yes, things turned out grainy and dark, but I really liked the idea of doing something moody and atmospheric. I certainly enjoyed not being blinded by a 1000 watt flood light for a change.
