About two months ago we started shooting my videos on HD instead of regular DV. The results are spectacular, image quality is impressive to say the least. And an added bonus is the increased size of the vidcaps (video stills). Obviously we have to shrink them a little in order to avoid vertical scrolling in the browser window. But at 1280px width they’re still a lot bigger than our old 720px DV vidcaps. Take a look for yourself, here’s the full “HoopsHD” gallery:
